Objectives

The objective of this Working Group is, on the one hand, to report to the public research sector scientist about current issues in the area of  Intellectual Property Rights - Access and Benefit Sharing - Plant Genetic Resources (IPR-ABS-PGR) and the impact of possible developments on public research. On the other hand its objective is to provide scientific background information to policy makers and regulators involved in these issues.
